While the other witches smelled of foxglove and juniper and hemlock, Rosie always smelled of Happy or White Shoulders or Magie Noir because she couldn't resist those tiny bottles of perfumes, those little shakers of dusting powder.
You could say, in fact, that Rosie had a problem.
When she saw the latest Lancome freebie, she hopped right on her broom and headed to the mall. Not only was there lifting serum and a striped tote! There were three shades of lipstick and lipliner, to be coordinated with her complexion.
Rosie not only got one with her purchase of day cream. She left, came in again wearing a hat and pretending to be someone else, and got another... with three more shades of lipstick.
She flew straight home and took all her little bottles and jars and lipsticks out and arranged them in her cupboard. Then she started to experiment. She tried one. And then another. She blended. She outlined. She filled in. She blotted. She started over.
When she was done... her black cat hid out for a week.

Rosie was forced to join Freebies Anonymous and attend meetings daily. She did her required time and then left... to pursue freebies once more. She eventually learned to apply her makeup with a lighter touch, but still fires up her broom at the drop of a GWP.
Rosie can be found on eBay, along with her sister, who has a similar problem.
